Fitness wrap

Indonesian Body massage

Javanese Lulur
Our treatment starts with a traditional Lurlur body scrub using
natural Balinese ingredients, walk into a warm shower to rinse.
Followed by a Balinese massage. Step into your traditional tropical
floral bath, bathe amongst perfumed flowers, and allow yourself
to drift into a perfect dream world. This traditional treatment
is used in Indonesia for brides to be and is famous for beautifying
the skin. The ritual continues to this day and is used as a monthly
treatment for pampering. Ideal for both men and women.

Balinese Boreh
A traditional Balinese natural body scrub to soften, stimulate and
deep cleanse. Refresh in a wonderful warm shower to rinse, followed
by a massage including a healing pack of warming spices. All the
natural ingredients are from Indonesia, the pack is used to warm
the body to relieve aches and pains and headaches. Finish by relaxing
in your traditional tropical floral bath amongst perfumed flowers.

Back Boreh
A traditional treatment which was used on the men after a day labouring
in the rice paddies. This treatment includes a warming heat pack
on the back, followed by massage on the backs of the legs. The guest
then showers and the treatment is completed with a relaxing back
and shoulder massage. Ideal for aches and pains, post sports activities
or just to soothe away a physical day

Coconut scrub
A beautiful traditional treatment with anti oxidant benefits improves
blood and Lymph circulation, leaving the skin feeling wonderfully
soft with a warm luminous glow. We use traditional blends of coconut
and vanilla to combine in a tropical delight to remove the dead
skin, a light film of coconut powder is applied after the scrub
before rinsing off in the warm shower.

coffee beans as exfoliating agents. To aid circulation as well as
